      IKUSI acquired a UCaaS platform from the provider Broadsoft (Now CISCO) to launch its unified communications service called "Smart Parrot", my entry into this company occurs when the implementation of this platform was in its final phase, so my contribution is given with the last issues for the development of the platform; We also contributed with the implementation and configuration of a SONUS brand SBC (Now RIBBON) to be able to offer audio and video call service from the Broasdworks platform. A mass user provisioning procedure was developed on the Broadworks platform, this procedure was developed in the PERL language and is currently used to register new clients on the platform, as well as a process to configure the SBC also for new clients. Currently, new functionalities and tools are being evaluated to complement the service offer, work is being done with other areas of the company to integrate the product with other services offered by IKUSI such as SD-WAN, equipment such as IP Phones and Media Gateways are approved to strengthen the offer of Smart Parrot, the platform is maintained and, in some cases, we make troubleshooting for issues.       Research, evaluation and implementation of new technologies in the company's voice network. Work has been carried out mainly with SIP signaling and SBC equipment, as in the evaluation of suppliers to replace equipment that is close to the end of life (MGW, IVR) and new equipment to be implemented (E-SBC and IMS). Main projects: Collaboration in the development of the AXTEL product "SIP Trunks" from its design, implementation, training to the areas, documentation and release phases, as well as sometimes troubleshooting. The services of AXTEL's SIP Trunks in general, are delivered through SBC SONUS equipment, so there is a wide knowledge of this technology. We work with implementation of the 911 service with geolocation; For this project, I was in charge of starting up the AXTEL network (after the merger with ALESTRA). Cooperated in the integration of the services of the AXTEL and ALESTRA companies after the merger, especially in trunk services and SIP lines. IPPBXs from different brands such as DENWA, YEASTAR, XORCOM and ELASTIX were approved to validate their correct operation with AXTEL's SIP services. Different E-SBCs were evaluated for their implementation in certain types of SIP Trunks, and the E-SBCs of the brand AUDIOCODES, PATTON and ADTRAN were tested in the laboratory. A SIP traffic generation tool (GL COMMUNICATIONS MAPS SIP) was obtained for the company, for which it I was in charge of looking for options in the market, evaluating 3 of them, finally testing GL's and monitoring the process by part of AXTEL. DENWA and PATTON team training courses were taken. The ORACLE Java Fundamentals and Java Programming courses were taken.
