  Daily operations include monitoring various systems: Lean Oil, Rich Oil, Sponge Oil, Glycol; and all equipment and pumps. Pumps are electrical and steam driven. Check fluid levels, ensure proper and efficient operation to minimize down time. Capture readings on Turbines A and/or B, depending on operational demands. Also, test water for Ph, chlorine’s, phosphates; to ensure safe for release. Conduct quality tests on the various oils used in the RADU Process. Swap pumps, monitor cooling towers, product coolers, shut down and or perform isolations when needed. Other tasks include the monitoring of our glycol injection points, changing filters and monitoring our propane system which serves as our cooling medium.   After a new drill well is complete; we test, place into production system according to FWHP and into production through a gathering system leading to a central facility. Also, will evaluate and determine when to place well into compression. To extend life of well and maximize the production of oil and gas, will consult with engineer's and determine what is the best form of artificial lift for the longevity of the well.With integrity, I create the reports for the end of the month, which reflect BOE and MMCF produced for a multi asset operation.   Operated a bulk plant where all materials required for a cementing job are blended. In the Buyer Role, I ran MRP through SAP operating systems to create PO's and ultimately have on-time delivery on site of major oil producers. On another role, as Safety Coordinator, I was a Lead in our Response Team and trained for Region VI Response Team with the Environmental Protection Agency. Other responsibilities included per forming on site visits, (Tail Gate) Meetings, HSE Internal Safety Audits and Incident Investigation using TAPROOT. Assist the Safety & Training Manager in delivery of workplace coaching in hazard identification and risk assessment skill sets. RSO Radioactive Safety Officer, held department in compliance according to very stringent Federal Laws. All paperwork for material placed on service equipment was compliant according to DOT Laws and minimized down time of equipment at DOT Weight Stations.
