This group was responsible for the design and development of all new control modules and for support of current production modules. • Key activities included recruiting staff, planning budgets, training, and providing technical leadership. • When I left Cummins, virtually all of Cummins’ heavy duty over-the-road truck engines were electronically controlled. I was a major contributor both individually and in developing the team needed to design and develop these controls systems.
