To Whom It May Concern: I have worked with Ernest Murphy on three Electrical and Control engineering projects. In two of them he was the electrical/electronic technician in charge of wiring, testing and commissioning of panels, servo drives, sensors, scanners and tooling stations that were being built at ATS (Automation Tooling Systems) for Hewlett Packard and B-Braun. These tools consisted of several electrical/electronic panels and machine centers with multiple stations and conveyors. I recognize Ernest’s diligence and quality of work. He did a thorough controls testing of all PLCs inputs/outputs before handing in the tools for commissioning to me, the systems integrator. His task was completed ahead of schedule and he was always ready to provide me with the support I needed. On the third job, he worked at ICE Corporation as an Engineering Technician I directly under my supervision. This job consisted of an electrical and controls wiring tracing and labeling of a Government facility. This was a different type of work than he was used to but he adapted to it very quickly. He again demonstrated and applied his knowledge to successfully complete the project. Ernest is very meticulous with his work. He is an honest, sincere and responsible person that I can rely on. For all the above, I would not hesitate to hire Ernest on another project or hesitate to recommend him to any company that needs an excellent electrical/electronic technician. Sincerely, Fidel Delgado, P.E. President/ Senior Electrical and Controls Engineer ICE Corporation Office Tel/Fax: (541) 929 5997 Mobile: (541) 913 3891 E-mail: fideldc@icecorporation.net

I worked with a small company who are devoted to making quality products. My contribution was to wiring panels and integrating the tools together for testing. The challenge was to timely wire panels, integrate those panels within the modules, and the modules to separate modules tying them together electrically and aesthetically in Millersburg Oregon.
