In this role, I played a key role in effective management of over 100 suppliers across various regions and steered 8D investigation for suppliers and onsite to ensure continuous improvement. I also developed process quality plans, conducted failure analysis, implemented corrective actions, and ensured supplier approval. I carried out gauge R&R, SPC, and equipment capability studies and formulated quality documentation including FMEA, control plans, check sheets, and PPAPs.My key achievements in this tenure include:► Initiated a supplier development program to support suppliers in audit process, that resolved various issues and quality concerns (8D) at McLaren.► Successfully developed new suppliers in carbon fibre technology for one of McLaren most expensive car called BC03.► Established new suppliers in new material technology for car interior successfully, that resulted in the first cashmere interior for McLaren Automotive.► Led bespoke projects successfully including 2020 Geneva Show cars and met 98% of OTD target for all suppliers.Accomplished GD&T application training which help managing suppliers with complex parts.

During this time, I supported the successful migration of TS16949 into the IATF1949 standard and I also oversaw quality process control within machining area and prepared quality documentation including FMEA, control plans and check sheets.
