I learnt a lot whilst working along side Ernest at UK International and feel I benefited from the different coaching styles & various approaches he brings to the table. An excellent communicator with all age groups he is and would be an asset to any coaching company.

      • Jul 2007 - Sep 2009

During the summer of 2007/08/09, I worked as a football coach to children from the ages of 4-16. My role required me to teach the children different techniques and skills. Also received the role of camp director. The responsibilities of a director were to handle the administrative side of the camps as well as ensure the camp ran smoothly. This meant arranging the coaches with the players, ensuring equipment for both players and coaches were up to date, handling the finance and applications of the camp. An average camp would consist of 70-100 kids and 6-8 coaches. I believe my biggest camp held a total of 150kids, which included having to turn away other players and required 14 coaches.
