I have known Ermin since 2007 when he was working for URS. He is high level professional. On any size of projects he worked on, started from couple of hundred thousand dollars and up to multi-billion dollars, he always kept his vision, how to build it in most technological and economical way. In addition he got a real great personality. He would be a valuable asset for any professional team at any company.

Ermin is an outstanding manager and working with him in URS Corporation has been a pleasure and major experience for me. He impressed me with his ideas and the constant success in generating more work to the company as well as the top estimating skills. I am highly recommending Ermin and looking forward to work with him in the future
