  I started my first professional job after graduated as Mechanical Engineer from March 1996 – May 1999 in Tire and Golf-ball Manufacture with Dunlop brand. The company is a joint venture company of Sumitomo Rubber Industry - Japan and Indomobil - Indonesia. I got the opportunity of GEMBA in the tire manufacturing facilities of Sumitomo Rubber Industry in Toyota City, Nagoya, Japan from April until October 1996. After back from my GEMBA, I was joining the project team for the Tire Manufacturing Project in 1996-1997 and continued with Golf-ball Manufacturing Project in 1997-1998. As Mechanical Engineer, for day by day role, I was responsible to support Maintenance Analysis, and also to lead the manufacturing facilities development and engineering analysis. Show less
