One of the IPA is Rural Development Program (IPARD Program) of Turkey has been designed by taking into account both the priorities and needs of the Country in the pre-accession period within the context of rural development. Agriculture and Rural Development Institution (ARDSI) is implementer of this program in Turkey as many payment agency in EU. ARDSI has 42 provincial units among Turkey and HQ is in Ankara. As senior expert, my responsibilities are; • Perform technical project analysis which includes checking the quantities,consistency acording to Institution procedure and works on field of construction, • Checking sustainability of investment according to Institution rules and conditions, • Organize daily works and procedures of On the Spot Control Experts, • Implementation of final on-the-spot control activities at HQ and to draw up the control plans, • Secondary checks of works and procedures performed by on the spot control experts in provincial coordination units, • To do secondary control of the works according to procedures performed by experts as a supervisor , • Determine the projects to be subjected to re-performing on-the-spot controls in before contracting, • To organize and to attend domestic and international study visits when necessary.

Organize and attend study visits in National and abroad.
