  Structural analysis and design of concrete and concrete-composite structures e.g. bridges (road and rail), viaducts, tunnels; Geotechnical earthworks and foundations (slabs, piles, reinforced ); Participation in meetings with clients and project team members; Quality review of structural calculations and contract documents; Implementation of InfraBIM concept in design work. Projects involved: AASPERE VIADUCT - Highway E20 crossing with a 32m continuous concrete slab bridge. VANAMOISA VIADUCT - Highway E20 crossing with a 34m skewed concrete slab bridge SAUSTE TUNNEL - Highway E20 underpass with a 40+m box section concrete tunnel PARNU OLD CITY BRIDGE - Reconstruction of a 250m continuous steel-concrete composite bridge (all design stages). EMAJOE RAILBRIDGE - New design steel arch bridge with orthotropic steel plate bridge decking. Total length of the bridge 102m with middle span of 70m. Working with EC Railway load models and SNiP. PALDISKI STREET RAILBRIDGE - Continuous post-tensioned U-form bridge deck at 53deg skew angle, resting on V-shaped pier. Design was led by complex architectural concept, with construction adjacent to ongoing rail traffic and implementation of novel earth retainment system #redi-rock. KREENHOLM CITY BRIDGE IN NARVA - Reconstruction of semi-continuous prestressed bridge with total length of 276m spanning over railway and urban area. VIA BALTICA (TEN-T HIGHWAY NETWORK) BRIDGES, TUNNELS, ANIMAL CROSSINGS etc - a project consisted of 20+ structures along a 16km highway section. 3 major intersection at Orgita, Haimre and Konuvere and 1 river crossing by continuous prestressed beam bridge system (85m in total). Implementation of a novel arch-frame concrete bridge concept to cross >35m highway section to achieve slender structure with maximum concrete optimization. TOOTSI WINDFARM FOUNDATIONS: A unique project including design, structural and geotechnical analysis of 28 wind turbine foundations (8,0MW powered and 250m max height towers). Show less
