Erin is an incredibly mature person and professional, and she balances extreme focus on her objectives with a playful mindset and approach to achieving them. She has become a friend and a reliable colleague, and can always be counted on for a listening ear and sound advice and honest feedback. I have seen her move around to several different positions during our rapid growth, and she has approached each transition with grace, optimism, and an impressive long-term mindset, even while having a very busy extra-professional life. I know she will do as big of things as she wants to do in life and in work, and I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to work alongside her again.

Erin was my supervisor during my working period as a Procurement and Logistics Officer. She was a great leader who paid attention to my personal development and also ensuring that the end results of assignments were self implemented to promote ownership . With adequate mentoring/guidance and research, Erin ensured that I performed all my procurement roles and responsibilities with maximum results I love people who make me learn new things everyday and I would not mind Erin becoming my supervisor again in future.
