Erin was a client of mine while in her Senior Associate role at MOI. While working on her projects, Erin was always on top of the details, paperwork, and scheduling that was needed for the successful completion of her projects. Erin was often working on several projects both large and small simultaneously and never lost track or fell behind on her management of the sites and the paperwork. Many projects had high levels of complexity which never seemed to daunt or deter her. I have not found her level of accuracy and efficiency anywhere else in our industry.

She is an ace when it comes to technical aspects of design and an inspiration for creative aspects. Her understanding of the built environment is profound and her talents for interior design are prolific, as apparent in her multiple award winning projects. Working with her is collaborative and fun. Single point of contact and responsible for all aspects of assigned contract furniture projects, from inception of project to final close-out and invoicing. Provided clients with a consistent and clear path to meeting project goals, budget and timelines, which are often condensed. Documents included complicated construction documents used by General Contractors as well as detailed specifications for FF&E purchase. Created strong aesthetic, durable & on-budget design pallets and selections for all building finishes and furniture, fixtures & equipment. Worked independently and quickly to minimize billable design hours to enhance project profits. Performed on-site field verifications & surveys of client's locations or potential locations; often working on sites with strict security and safety protocols, which were always observed and surveys completed accurately. Developed and created a studio standard sketch-up manual providing instruction and guidance for all designers for the Sketch-Up program. Maintained and updated Studio CAD standards manual which provided an updated resource for all team members. Provided technical support to Studio for CAD and 3D visualization programs, lessening need and cost of outside support.
