Erin inspires her peers and team through genuine care and energy. Erin was our 3rd hire(we’re now pushing 90+) and I still feel her positive influence on a daily basis(even though she has been gone for more than 2 years). After I post this I’m positive I’ll receive an email from Erin correcting my grammar, spelling and/or sentence structure. I know this because Erin’s attention to detail is impeccable. Erin and I met in at TapInfluence. We were hired in similar roles. An important aspect of our jobs was to ensure consistency in reporting across a variety of channels and provide ongoing feedback as our company's product developed. This required both heads-down focus and active collaboration across different teams. Erin excelled in both of these areas. She consistently delivered creative solutions to problems, built efficiencies into our processes, worked extremely well with myself and our colleagues, and made the office a fun place to be Monday through Friday.
