  As President of Kappa Delta, I oversee an Executive Council of nine women, and approximately twenty women in various appointed officer positions. I am responsible for reporting consistently to Kappa Delta Headquarters regarding Chapter events, membership, philanthropy, and other general Chapter operations. I also represent Kappa Delta to the greater Miami University community, faculty, staff, etc..

  As Vice President-Operations, I oversaw the Chapter's progress in five target areas of excellence: philanthropy, membership, academic achievement, social success, and leadership. I was also responsible for communicating to to the Chapter via a weekly newsletter about important events, announcements, etc. I planned weekly meetings and programs for Kappa Delta during my term and ensured that they centered around one of our five target excellence areas.
