I started as the Sr. Director of Football Operations for the NY Jets in 2006 and Erin was one of the first people I met at the NFL Travel Meetings. At that time, I was new to the position and from the outset Erin had an agreeable, welcoming manner to me. If I had a question about one of her Hyatt properties or about the industry in general she would always lend her insight in an insightful, timely manner. It never felt like "business" when we were talking "business" and that is a credit to Erin. First rate professional who I am glad I did business with on behalf of the New York Jets.
