Erini's a pleasure to work with and has been entirely diligent about managing our Community Team at 20 Something Bloggers. Her attention to detail and ability to effectively take the lead on everything from organizing a team of distributed community managers to writing our internal best practices has proven essential to our success as it relates to keeping our community firing on all cylinders and surfacing issues that arise within our growing group of worldwide bloggers. She's been given autonomy to make any decisions she deems necessary to address any complaints, questions, or concerns from community members and handles a lion's share of our membership approvals, which number in the hundreds at any one time. Erini also significantly contributed to the success of our 20SB Summit in Chicago, in which we welcomed 100+ bloggers to a weekend of learning and inspirational presentations from professionals and success stories around the web on topics that included everything from video blogging, community management, event planning, social media strategy and blogging. Erini would be a reliable and incredibly insightful addition to any team, on or offline.

Erini was a wonderful addition to our marketing team. I was quite impressed with her graphic design skills, really helping us with our visual re-branding and corporate image. She launched our social media marketing campaign and used those tools effectively to help us understand our consumers. I would also highly recommend Erini for her writing skills. Her copy writing was always catchy and to the point. She brought fresh creativity to our company and quickly understood the nuances of marketing in our industry. I would definitely work with her again given the chance.
