Erin is a sales natural. She has everything you look for in a developing sales professional thats attacking a new industry. She comes in with a hard-working attitude and a willingness to be coached up. She adopts new ideas and creates them herself. She is an active contributor in all team calls. One special thing I do appreciate about Erin is that if she doesn't necessarily agree with something she won't keep it to herself, she will speak up and state her case. Her path can go in so many directions and I know she would be a great asset in any position at any company.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Erin. She is definitely someone that you will want on your team. I asked Erin to help me launch the Women in Business Association as the Treasurer/Financial officer and she continues to exceed my expectations. Erin is a dedicated worker, always exploring ways to work more efficiently to get the work done, and she has been committed to this organization since the day we started. Her organizational skills are an added bonus. She was perfect as a treasurer for the Women in Business Association at CSU because she stayed organized and did a great job keeping track of member dues and organization financials. She is a dynamic worker and brings numerous skills to the table that include: leadership, communication, articulating her opinion, she is sincere and a great listener. I highly recommend Erin to anyone looking to add an exceptional member to their team.

In a typical work day I gathered appropriate information in order to optimize traffic to high priority affiliate brands. A crucial part of my role was to effectively delegate tasks across multiple departments to maintain cohesion in the workplace. Both inside and outside of the workplace I continuously analyzed and identified new resources to utilize on websites the company managed such as Couponsherpa.com and Freeshipping.org. As a math and literacy tutor my role was not to critique students, but rather establish innovative learning techniques catered to each child's individual needs. Being successful in this position meant I was able to develop self confidence and motivation in each student so their education would extended beyond the time spent with instructors.
