  Worked as a co-op and designer on many projects including senior living and commercial, as well as helping out with interiors and other design tasks when needed. Being able to complete any task handed to me, provided responsibility not only for design and construction drawings but also developing the legalities of property parcels. Corporex Baldwin 300 • Developed property boundaries and air rights for individual parcels, which resulted in the guarantee of property owner’s future protection of intruding construction. • Prepared construction documents for a three-level parking garage including wall sections and details. • Coordinated drawings for the parking garage with drawings for the office building and hotel on the same site. Keystone Park • Developed several interior renderings with different material and color options for the client to choose from. Lofts in Clifton (Prospective) • Designed loft spaces to fit the needs of the site’s demographics and helped to develop a set of drawings. Show less
