Erin was the VP or Marketing at Esurance and then after she left to relocate to the East Coast, Esurance hired her for some strategic consulting projects with great results. I gained a tremendous amount of respect for Erin working with her as both a colleague and consultant at Esurance. Erin can think strategically, execute tactically, and build and lead high performance teams -- and you can't ask for more than that in an executive or consultant.
