Erin was one of the first people I started with at Hireology, and it amazes me how impactful she was. Very few people in this world have the guts to join a startup, and even fewer execute in their specific role. Well, Erin did both. She will forever be known for starting and building the marketing team/strategy at Hireology......thats a pretty cool statement to own. But beyond her building the marketing team, Erin made the biggest impact on the company culture. Hireology would not be the same today without Erin and her bubbly personality (and love for cats/taylor swift etc....) It was a great experience to work with Erin, and I would highly recommend her for any organization!

Erin Fradelos

Erin is one of those marketers and professionals that can truly do it all. With her extremely vast skill-set, she can take any project and not only think about the strategy and vision, but then swiftly shift to the executor role to see it through until the end. Her knowledge spans every facet of Marketing, from lead gen, content marketing, events / trade shows, PR, website development, the list goes on. Having both managed Erin and worked with her as a Co-Leader for the Chicago HubSpot user group, I've had the privilege of not only seeing her grow, but growing alongside her for most of my career. She's everything you want in an employee. She's accountable, a fast executor, strategic, and most importantly a true joy to work with. Erin is one of those people whose positive attitude can instantly impact a culture and spreads contagiously throughout an organization. I look forward to our paths crossing again, she's one of those people that you will want to work with forever!
