  When I was made redundant from my shipping job back in January 2014, I found it difficult to get back into the shipping industry. This annoyed me as all I had done was have minor shoulder surgery, however future employers deemed me too much of a "risk". From there I made the decision to work for myself and 6 months later, ER Sports Therapy was born and I have never looked back! Along with working in a successful clinic with private clients, I work as the Team Sports Therapist to the Romford Raiders and I’m also a Sports Therapist for the EIHA Athlete Development Team. Prior to this I have worked as Sports Therapist tongue Invicta Dynamos and held a Physio position for Charlton Athletic Womens football club where I worked with both the Reserves and First Team. I have clients ranging from sports people at the top of their field to busy mums and over the years I have built up a good network of people that I can not only work alongside, but also refer my clients to. After all, you can't have the belief that you can fix everything, however you can have the understanding and knowledge to help everyone. I have a passion for learning and will continue this journey as I simply love what I do.
