I am also responsible for cutting and staining sections for immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization by the Ventana Benchmark and Leica BOND-III. I optimize antibodies to the correct dilution, work closely with pathologist to validate antibodies according to CAP guidelines, and create antibody protocols. Show less
