I am currently working with Erin Mullin this semester on many Intro to Management projects. We have recently completed our first project of three. During this project, Erin was always on top of things and stayed very organized. For example, she always communicated with our group members and made sure we were on track to finishing our tasks. She worked efficiently to complete our project and always went above and beyond. There were many times when it was only Erin and I working on the project. This meant that we both had to put extra time and effort into completing it. If it wasn't for Erin working diligently, this project would have never been successful.

This job I acquired during the unprecedented time of the Corona Virus pandemic. Working during the height of the pandemic created new issues that I learned to adapt to in a work environment. Creating a work space that was safe and clean for patrons as well as employees was a top priority. This mind set of safety and cleanliness is one that I have kept with me for jobs I have worked following this employment.
