I had the pleasure of working with Erin on a rather tedious, stressful project for a technical analysis course at Sonoma State. Her intelligence and computer skills shined, and her level of patience and leadership is remarkable. I would gladly work with Erin again in the future.

I joined Vance Brown, Inc.'s Stanford division at the beginning of our company's largest project to date, the Escondido Village Graduate Residences project at Stanford University. This was an extraordinary opportunity to be able to begin my career working on such a large-scale project. My primary focus is now overseeing the financial completion of EVGR, while also maintaining budget files and completing billing cycles for roughly 35 other jobs within my division. I analyze cost reports and data for the various construction jobs, prepare monthly Owner billings, track and analyze vendor and subcontractor invoices and manage other project-related records. I have participated in annual Audit meetings since 2017. Show less
