  As Executive Assistant at Ecosure, I provide high-level administrative support directly to the Executive and Leadership Team, and work closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager. I contribute to strategic projects including development and implementation of the Reconciliation Action Plan, and act as the Environmental Management System Business Area Advisor to drive sustainability initiatives and environmental compliance. I engage closely with the Human Resources and Finance Departments and assist with Integrated Management System compliance including contract management. I also support marketing functions including newsletter and website development, and organise and facilitate internal strategic meetings and team building events.

  Erin, an environmental science graduate, joined Avisure in August 2018 and quickly developed skills as adapted an aviation industry consultant. She conducted wildlife hazard assessments including for Sunshine Coast, Coffs Harbour and Gold Coast Airports and developed Wildlife Hazard Assessments and Management Plans (including procedures) . Erin assisted in facilitating a desktop emergency exercise at Canberra Airport and Groote Eylandt Airport’s full field emergency exercise evaluation, and updated Ballina Airport’s Safety Management System and Environmental Management Plan.Erin supported Project Managers undertaking wildlife surveys, committee meeting presentations, risk assessments and reporting and procedures, and also managed the day to day administration and resourcing for all projects including Avisure’s wildlife hazard management training.

  Erin joined Avisure as a Project Administration Officer in August 2018. A recent environmental science graduate, Erin is passionate about wildlife biology and her experience in this field has afforded her insight to how great administrative process can create project efficiencies. Erin’s previous experience in asbestos and hazardous material remediation has instilled a risk based environmental and health and safety focus in her work. Erin assists with coordination of project logistics, project tracking and reporting, formatting reports, data management, and equipment resourcing.
