Business Relationship Manager

May 2021 - Jul 2022
As a Business Relationship Manager, I became a strategic consultant helping Health System partners such as the Ministry of Health, Saskatchewan Cancer Agency, Saskatchewan HealthAuthority, 3S Health and Athabasca Health Authority as a strategic point of contact. My role was to help partners establish their Information Technology (IT) priorities, and propose solutions to advance their strategic direction. Through researching new technologies, Health Information Management trends, and the business needs of partners I lead internal eHealth teams to assess and propose technical solutions to address those needs. Understanding each of the partner’s business problems, strategic directions, business needs and drivers as well as culture was crucial to building rapport, trust, and productive relationships.

Consultant, Stakeholder Engagement
-
Sep 2015 - May 2021
The province of Saskatchewan continues to grow and so does the need for more power. SaskPower is committed to spending $1 billion annually to rebuild Saskatchewan's power grid to ensure we have the electricity to power that growth. As a Consultant of Stakeholder Engagement I have the opportunity to lead and participate in the projects that will allow SaskPower to update its current infrastructure and plan for future electricity demand.Stakeholder Engagement is about facilitating public participation so that SaskPower can make informed decisions that consider all affected parties and their input. Through working with land owners, elected officials, Indigenous communities, and other affected stakeholders, I bring diverse stakeholder inputs and insights into internal planning and decision making. Whenever SaskPower makes decisions that may impact others, those stakeholders' considerations are taken into account.
