Erin possesses a tremendous talent for managing complex projects, never ignoring a single detail, especially under pressure. She always impressed me, personally, with her ability to multitask and remain cool when things got very busy and hectic. But more than that, I think, Erin has an incredible creative gift, instrumental to her chosen field. I saw Erin sacrifice to make our workplace better and I seldom felt like she received the recognition she deserved.
