I am responsible for all Research Lab purchases and the appointing and processing of new vendors in the University of Pittsburgh purchasing system as based on the needs of our research labs. I place the advertisements for faculty positions, collect and process those applications and arrange the candidate’s travel itinerary and interview agenda. All of my duties as administrative coordinator require proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Concur, PowerPoint, PRISM and University of Pittsburgh’s PeopleSoft and Panther Express system as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
