I currently work on the customer service department at Footman James, a specialist vehicle insurance broker. My role is to take inbound phone calls and provide a high standard of customer service to solve any queries and make mid term adjustments to policies. Sales Assistant

In October 2007 I began a temporary Christmas position at Next as a sales assistant. Following this I was taken on permanently. I have a 4 hour per week contract but frequently work extra hours. During the Christmas 2009 period I worked full time hours to support the team. My responsibilities include customer service, working on the tills and handling money, remerchandising, maintaining the shop floor and during sale times I am a team leader for mark down, and till controller on sale days. From the end of July 2007 I worked as a classroom assistant in a Kumon centre (an after-school education centre for children). This entailed marking work, updating record books, and overseeing the mental arithmetic and oral reading tasks.
