It is hard to imagine someone of her caliber continuing to impress, however over the past two years I watched her far exceed any task she was assigned. In addition to being well suited for her position, her calm, pleasant, and diplomatic personality helps maintain an effective work relationship and environment. If any product or protocol questions arise throughout my process of information layout and design, I know that Erin will be able to quickly offer an answer or find the appropriate solution or compromise.
