I would like to highly recommend Erin England for employment at your company. I managed as a graphic design intern for 4 months at Truck Center, a Liquidity Services marketplace (i.e. subsidiary). Erin is a highly motivated, organized and reliable. She is not only a phenomenal designer, but also a fantastic employee. She’s accurate, punctual, detail-oriented, and has excellent follow-through. Erin took direction very well and was very thorough and easily trainable. She absorbed training & input like a sponge and kept track of all my design project details like a pro. Erin worked with me side-by-side on ALL of Truck Center’s graphic design and creative projects. Meaning, she did all of the creative work for an entire company’s brand; quite an accomplishment. While Erin worked for me, she had solid design recommendations and wonderful ideas, many of which I implemented as they were such great ideas and sound advice. With Erin’s wonderful design work – we were able to increase marketing lead volume by 48%. Erin’s truck stop flyer alone, which she primarily designed with little input from myself, was able to bring in over $22,000 of auction revenue from that piece alone. It’s not very often I’m able to attribute marketing revenue to print ads or design work, but I was able to on Erin’s as she owned every project I gave her like a champ and a true professional. Erin’s level of expertise and design work is exquisite, far beyond any student or intern I have ever seen. Her design skills are at a professional level. Her professors have said the same, saying that she produces work far beyond the skill and talent level of her classmates. I highly recommend Erin for any role as she will prove to be a GREAT asset!
