Erin is a peer that I am honored to have learned from and worked with at RatPac Dimmers. That company started out small and grew at a rapid rate with expansions across the U.S. and Canada. This takes someone with a great work ethic, great personality and an always "can do" attitude to be able to thrive and succeed in that environment. Erin is that person and more. She is a bridge of professionalism across all departments with strong leadership skills and humble at the same time to the contributions that she's made in this industry. Erin is involved in hiring and training of team members for her rentals department and in the early days, she developed her own tracking system of the equipment being rented out to the tv/film industry. As the business grew, new computer programs were installed that needed to be learned and then that knowledge needed to be trained to her team as well as keep the day operations moving smoothly. Erin did that and continues to exemplify what a good manager should be. Erin would be a true asset to any team in any type of organization as she is and has always been readily adaptable to change, learning new systems and being a strong positive voice throughout.
