      As the retail sales manager, I managed a staff of 7 employees. My job was to generate revenue and obtain monthly budget numbers. I would assist the sales reps in the field on a daily basis. We would collectively as a group come up with special sections that we felt would meet the needs of the advertisers and to generate additional revenue.
