Erin has worked at Riot in multiple capacities during her time here. Some of her strengths and contributions below: - A genuine, caring and compassionate approach to community development, focusing on areas that Riot hadn't addressed well at the time, for example cosplay and fan art - A strong analytical and organizational approach to live events, contributing massively to shows like Insomnia on all levels both strategical and tactical - She has constructed and managed a team of partner-writers for esports editorials, displaying leadership, conflict resolution and people management skills - She has demonstrated an organic understanding of Riot brand, culture and DNA and acted as a champion of those values at every occasion and across levels of scale, from initiatives as large as month-long European campaigns to as small as "which image to use for the promo piece" Throughout her time here she has been an absolute force of nature, always delivering, always reliable and always adding significant value to anything she touched. I fully endorse her for any role she might aim for because I am 100% confident she will absolutely nail it.

I worked with Erin on Leaguefest, a League of Legends festival that was integrated into Insomnia58. Her passion and attention to detail jumped off the page straight away and her recommendations and assistance was key to the event being a great success not just as a one off event, but one that was really looked back upon as something truly memorable. Erin's warmth and friendliness are definitely something that made working together easily and I hope to work with her again in the future!

I am currently mentoring 4 individuals as part of the Limit Break Mentorship program. By taking time to understand their individual career paths, goals, hopes, and stresses, I'm able to share my own experiences working in the games industry to help guide my mentees towards finding solutions that will help them in their individual circumstances. My mentees range from individuals not currently in the games industry hoping to take their first step into a junior role, to those already in the industry needing guidance on navigating the unique challenges we face here. I encourage my mentees to set their own agendas and lead the mentorship themselves, however generally my guidance tends to take the form of: - Helping them explore their options within the games industry, by demystifying job application jargon and identifying their skills that could be lent to different roles - Helping restructure and design CV and portfolios - Preparing for job applications and practicing interview questions - Seeking advice from within my own network to answer questions I may not be equipped to respond to - Listening to issues and helping break them down into smaller tasks and prioritizing what can be changed - Providing an outside perspective on challenges being faced within their roles Show less

In June 2021, I suggested to my Dungeons & Dragons group that we start streaming our home game. I created our overlays, which have gone through many iterations and improvements over the years. I designed and drew several of our characters based on my friend's descriptions. I also learned how to use Streamlabs OBS, and am continually problem-solving as I think of new things I want to try to level up our stream. Outside of the stream itself, I created and maintain our channels on TikTok, Youtube, Spotify, Instagram and Twitter. I also help moderate our small Discord community of 70 members. In 2023, I delegated a lot of the weekly stream-related tasks out to my group, so I could focus on new growth opportunities for our stream. We began pursuing stream sponsorships and worked with HarpsCorp to promote their TTRPG business. We're now currently preparing to run a table at DragonMeet to promote the stream to local TTRPG fans.
