At SnackCrate, I am working to improve their website heuristics through an audit of the site as a whole. By standardizing design elements and removing broken links, the user experience will be improved. As well, I am working on creating assets for a rewards program to better improve the experience for our customers. This was a five week long design experience that was facilitated by the University of Cincinnati. I worked collaboratively on a team of 16 other students to create a technological enhancement to Bioré and John Frieda's existing product lines. I conducted 12 stakeholder interviews, identified 5 key research insights, and developed and prototyped an app for Bioré US. This was a five week long design experience that was facilitated by the University of Cincinnati. Myself and four other students from various majors were tasked to design and brand a speakeasy concept space on the ninth floor of a members only hotel in Nashville, TN. I established brand guidelines, created brand collateral such as menus, entry cards, and check presenters, and created an aesthetic vision for the space with my teammates.
