I met Erikka Banks at the very beginning of my Retail Management career. She is bold and fearless! Erikka embodies what it means to be a strong effective leader. I always admired her ability to not become consumed by the day to day stresses of leadership. Erikka has successfully managed several teams varying in experience, race, culture and age. She has an impeccable record of driving results. She’s been recognized countless times for her achievements in her role as a leader. Erikka has supported and molded several members of her team including Assistant Managers, Sales Associates and Interns. Erikka worked side by side with her team to develop and learn their individual skills and goals. Erikka leads by example to make sure her teams are fully supported. I am constantly amazed by watching her continue to grow in her career. Erikka adds something special wherever she is!
