I trained Erik when he first came to Book Revue and was immediately impressed by his attention to detail, willingness to ask questions, and obvious commitment to not just doing a job, but understanding how everything worked so that he could do the best job possible. I watched him grow into confidence in his position and believe he has fully earned his new position as a manager. He will do well at whatever he sets his mind to and I would whole-heartedly recommend him for any position in the future. It was a pleasure for me to work with someone as intelligent, sincere, competent, friendly, and people-oriented as Erik is.
