I have had the privilege to know and work with Erika as her supervisor and friend and would like to recommend her as an ideal employee. She has an infectious personality, a creative spirit, and is always eager to help others. She is an independent, self-starter that needs little supervision. She takes pride in her work and loves learning new things. When we were working together in the Solar Energy Industry, she was excellent at researching each Utilities' rules and regulations regarding solar installations, forming relationships with those contacts, and helping the company organize this information across our project management platform. She was also meticulous to ensure all documents and forms were completed accurately when helping our clients apply for solar grants. I would be happy to work with Erika again and know she'll be a wonderful asset to your organization. If you would like to speak further about my experience working with Erika, please email me at bfrank6932@gmail.com or call me at 512-761-8169.

Working with Erika was wonderful. She is bright, has excellent attention to detail, and can respond quickly and with near perfection in times of urgency; all of which comes with a personality and demeanor that is cool, calm, and always positive. We worked on the Commercial Sales team selling Solar PV systems to C&I clients in Texas. She mastered various grant and incentive programs, such as USDA Rural Energy for America Program (REAP). She was innovative creating master documents and a process to turn around a hefty grant package in a matter of mere hours. During meetings, she was an excellent listener, focused, and able to assimilate information quickly and provide relevant "outside the box" suggestions of ways forward. Often, she astounded me in her ability to suggest great solutions to complex issues. Erika owns it; I am confident she can excel in any role she puts her mind to. Please feel free to contact me if you are considering Erika! Highly recommend!
