Erika assists her clients in designing plans for their circumstances with familiar estate planning documents such as wills, revocable trusts (living trusts), financial powers of attorney, health care directives (living wills), as well as more sophisticated documents when circumstances dictate such as trusts for children or grandchildren (including Special Needs and Supplemental Needs Trusts), irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILITs), grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), qualified personal residence trusts (QPRTs), intentionally defective grantor trusts, installment sales, charitable remainder trusts (CRTs), charitable lead trusts (CLTs), cabin trusts, family limited partnerships, family foundations, limited liability companies, corporations (including not-for-profit corporations), and buy-sell agreements. Erika joined Morrison Sund in 2012, having begun her legal career as an attorney in the business department of Rackemann, Sawyer, and Brewster PC in Boston, MA.
