Jill Rafferty-Weinisch

Erika is a non-profit professional with a rare gift for balancing the big picture 'Art with a capital A' community experience, with the 'every i dotted and every t crossed' administrative ability that makes that art possible. I've had the pleasure of collaborating with her on joint programs and funding in my role as Director of Education at Capital Rep; working for her as a performer in the "Storytelling and Artmaking" program; and relying on her expertise as a grant panelist at the Arts Center of the Capital Region. In each instance, I was impressed with her creativity; her skill at managing detail; her deep understanding of, and respect for audiences; and her ability to get the job done right. Erika is honest, pragmatic and forthright. She is passionate about her work and committed to building that passion in others, be they children, educators, staff, interns or members of the broader community. I couldn't sing her praises any more loudly!
