  I was to provide a fun and safe environment for children groups while they enjoyed various activities. I would also participate in such group activists to help lead children in learning a great number of academic and social skills. When not in themed classes, creative and informative activities were created by myself and other head counselors to encourage learning and safe play with all students. These tasks were carefully designed to be age appropriate for the various age groups… I was to provide a fun and safe environment for children groups while they enjoyed various activities.   This time period of this role was the length of the summer each year. At this wonderful location, I was an aid to the head counselor. Here I provided assistance in creating fun interactive lesson plans for all different ages. I have experience working with children from grades Kindergarten - 7th grade. As I got older, I was assigned to the older groups and it was here I learned how to complex teachings to create abstract thinking.
