      -KELP is a working group within Knowles that runs experiential-based PD for teachers. -Ran first two PD trips to the Galápagos Islands in summer of 2019 with thirty secondary teachers. -Second PD trip to Galápagos scheduled for summer 2020, postponed to summer 2021. -Participants in first PD experiences were supported in creating a resource bank of twelve real-world anchored, multidisciplinary lesson plans based in the Galápagos ecosystem. -Resource bank is scheduled to be presented formally at NABT (National Association of BIology Teachers) Conference in Fall 2020.
