Erika is strategic, gritty, and hard-working. She is a great salesperson and most recently has evolved into a sales leader. I would hire Erika onto my team in a second - she is agile and formidable. She knows the higher/alternative education space intimately and is well networked. However, given what a quick learner she is, I beleive that she could hop into any industry given the right role.
