I have worked with Erika in three positions. One, as a manager where she was an intern for my startup. Second, in parallel in an entrepreneurial coworking location where she contracted for several startups. Most recently, I worked as a peer with Erika at Kenzie Academy. Erika is strategic, gritty, and hard-working. She is a great salesperson and most recently has evolved into a sales leader. I would hire Erika onto my team in a second - she is agile and formidable. She knows the higher/alternative education space intimately and is well networked. However, given what a quick learner she is, I beleive that she could hop into any industry given the right role.

I worked with Erika while she led our Admissions team and loved having her as our leader. She is a fierce advocate for those under her and always takes a collaborative approach to solving problems. What I value most about her leadership style is that she communicates clearly all goals and KPIs, is willing to do what it takes so the whole team succeeds, and she's open to new ideas if it means bettering processes and tools. Erika is a dedicated, hard-working, kind, and collaborative. It was an amazing experience to get to work with her.
