      I led an earth architecture workshop to design and build a dormitory for a new rural vocational school in Gambia, using earth and other local materials. We worked in a mixed group of international volunteers and local workers and knowledge sharing was a key aspect of the project. I was in charge of everything from finding volunteers and finances to developing the design, supervising the construction and managing local workers.
