  In this position, I was trained as a Home Equity Line Of Credit (HELOC) Processor working exclusively with one of the largest banks in the world. Responsibilities included walking our clients through the entire loan process (gathering the necessary documents, and qualifying the client for the loan), all the while making them feel valued as customers. I (and most of my training team) were laid off due to the effects of Covid-19.
