      Business Development: - Assist with proposals, determining project statistics, development of building design and development of site plan as requested. Project Delivery: - In consultation with the Project Manager, identify the project scope of work. - Prepare background drawings and if necessary, conduct an existing conditions site review to complete them. - Ensure project design complies with the Ontario Building Code. Identify non-compliance areas and consult with the project manager. - Prepare permit / tender / construction drawings etc. within the required timeline. Construction drawings being the main focus. - Update drawings as necessary to reflect Client revisions, Project Manager markups and revisions due to coordination with the Consultants. - Interact with the Consultant team, the Client and Contractors throughout the project as required. - Proceed with Contract Administration and update drawings to reflect new information, addenda's, proposed changes, site instructions etc. - Conduct site visits as required and produce written field reports. Drawing Review: - Review project and in consultation with the Project Manager, determine the best building science solutions to apply with the project. - Review drawings and resolve Building Code issues while explaining the justification. - Conduct project post-mortem reviews and make reccomendations for improvement. Bim Specialist: - Develop BIM production and standards knowledge within the company. - Create Revit families as requested and upkeep the Revit template. - Assist fellow employees with any Revit questions. - Stay up to date and utilize all available tools to help the company achieve the best workflow.
