I worked with Erik when I was working for IBM and ABN AMRO Private banking. (Apollo Project) Although Erik was not my direct manager, in reality he was my day-to-day manager. Erik is a very nice, hard working, reliable manager who has a hands on mentality and make things happen and keeps his promises. He is a very experienced manager who knows how to deal with complex organisation and complex politic situations. But still able to make the engineers and management satisfied. If we had to work overtime, Erik always made sure he was also there, to help if needed. That is what I really appreciate. Not many managers are like that. Erik is a guy that has a good balance of hardworking but still having fun in the work he does and motivate the team.

I know Eric as energetic, dedicated and full of drive. With his can do attitude I have seen that he can take on loads of work. Eric is willing to help out where possible and brings solid ITIL process (implementation and maintanace) knowledge. I enjoyed working with Eric because of his no nonsens attitude.
