For around a year, Erik coordinated the Country Representatives of YES-Europe - when I was the Country Representative of Sweden. He onboarded me, organised coordination meetings and a buddy system for sharing of knowledge and experiences. He was very engaged, positive and supportive. I then took over his role when he became the Vice President, as which he worked with several collaborations and partnerships and contributed with valuable inputs from his different experiences.
