Work with private and public clients to provide services through all aspects of waterfront communities and developments. Engineering Work with professional engineers to provide practical solutions for both coastal and civil engineering. Coastal engineering project experience includes: marina basin design, marina load and pile analysis, breakwater and revetment design, and coastline management. Civil engineering project experience includes: slope stability, live and dead loads, retention walls, utility planning, and site design. Project Management Interact with clients and subcontractors to distribute tasks and meet project goals on time and within budget. Experience with invoicing and proposal writing. Development Masterplan development with clients, planners, and landscape architects. Typical components include: marinas, single and multi-family housing, hotels, and multi-use commercial spaces. Using the masterplan and market studies I develop cost estimates and corresponding project performa for use in a business plan and financial feasibility. I with clients to distribute studies to lenders and brokers to achieve funding. Surveying Utilize traditional surveying equipment with aerial drones to create existing conditions maps and studies. Data collection includes bathymetry, topography, and drone orthographic images using CORS networks and tie in to local coordinate systems--both in the US and remote islands. Inspections Provide clients with site evaluations specifically involving marinas or waterfront resort and civil features. Using the evaluation, I provide clients with estimates and schedule for repairs and maintenance.

Engineering Drafting Created multiple marine utility pedestals, dock connections, and other various marine and coastal engineering details. Used AutoCAD to draw and layout multiple marine site plans, electrical layouts, fire pedestal locations, and other various utility connections.
