If you need to take your business to Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things, modularisation is the only technique to accomplish this. Modularisation is all about turning the pyramids upside down - from a big base of input parts and few output products to a small base of inputs and vast output of products that customers see as state of the art. A truly modular company is capable of connecting sales of complex solutions with seamless real time manufacturing, thus cutting down time-to-delivery to a minimum and at the same time charge a premium price for the delivery of a customer designed solution. My job is to support this process with advice and strategies how to in practice increase the clients' modularity. Show less

I have been both a field and a staff officer. After 15 month of basic training at Kustjägarna (Royal Swedish Marine corps), I spent 2 years in Reserve officers training. After graduating as 2nd Lt., I started out as commander of a reconnaissance platoon on battalion level and later on brigade level. When promoted captain, I got assigned as second in command of a brigade reconnaissance company. After that I went into Royal Swedish Marine corps. I have been both a field and a staff officer.
